We are pleased to offer free delivery in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €49. We also offer a Click & Collect service in our Parnell St, Ennis Branch. Please find further information about both services below.

Delivery Timescales and Charges

Deliveries in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

Due to the Covid-19 impact, next day delivery may not possible currently, however we do aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.  Most orders are delivered within 1-2 days of dispatch but please allow up to 3 days from receipt of your Dispatch Email for delivery.

Please note, Free Click and Collect service is available from our Parnell Street Branch in Ennis.

We deliver to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland; however, please note orders for over-the-counter medicines will be processed for delivery addresses within the Republic of Ireland only. To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify.

If you would prefer your order to be sent with An Post instead of our courier, please contact us by email at customerservice@rochfordspharmacy.ie as soon as your order is placed and we will arrange this for you.

Delivery terms

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 10.00 am are shipped with Next Day Delivery**. Orders placed on Friday before 10.00 am will usually be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. All orders processed after 10.00 am Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday (except Public holidays).

International deliveries

We do not process orders for International delivery currently. We will be able to offer this service in the future. Please check back with us.

What if I haven’t received my order, or I have a problem?

To arrange a Click & Collect order, add your items to your basket as normal and select I'll Collect My Order as your delivery option. Full payment will be taken at checkout.

We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Current times are 1-3 working days, but please ensure that you wait until we confirm that your order is ready before visiting the store.

We will hold your order in store for 7 days. If not collected within 7 days we will contact you to arrange a refund to your original method of payment.

If you are unable to collect your order once it is ready, please contact us at customerservice@rochfordspharmacy.ie and we will try to assist you in making alternative arrangements.
