How to Use This Product

We recommend that you take one sachet per day mixed with 250–300 ml water in the morning on an empty stomach.

Active Ingredients

Ingredients: The hand-selected blend of B Vitamins including Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxine B6, Folic Acid B9 and Cyanocobalamine (B12) in Zest Active contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.
